Emergency Response Model
Our emergency response model is based on a central command and control point support by the running / dispatch team.

A dynamic risk assessment highlighted that our most vulnerable people group were not on social media or instant messaging platforms. For this reason the emergency response model was based on a central call handling team who would are responsible for logging the call and then dispatch a standby team to carryout the running and distribution of food essential service requests.

This response effort links into shielding peoples outreach, this is a support function to promote positive mental health and physical wellbeing for people in pro-longed isolation.

As the restriction levels change and alter, the emergency response will be scaled and down-scaled appropriately to meet the demands of service users.
